Yes, you can still train if you have an injury, but it is important to inform your trainer about it. We will modify the exercises to ensure they are safe and effective for your condition, and we may focus on rehabilitation exercises to aid your recovery.

Please bring a water bottle, a towel, and appropriate workout attire. If you have any specific equipment you prefer to use, feel free to bring that as well.
